Green Peak
Green Peak, a captivating three-story development with a basement level, is situated along the scenic Eldama Ravine Road. In collaboration with Siana Developers, we undertook a comprehensive renovation project, revitalizing select spaces within this stunning villa. To complement the interior design, we also provided bespoke furnishing services in partnership with our trusted furniture sister company, La Casa Complex.
The villas are designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings, each with a private courtyard. This creates a sense of peace and tranquility, and allows residents to enjoy the beauty of nature from the comfort of their own home.

Design in Details
Our design approach for Green Peak sought to harmonize the villa’s existing structure with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic. We embraced a natural colour palette, incorporating vibrant greens, warm woods, and cool marbles to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The overall finish is a tasteful blend of grays and subtle black accents, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication. The basement level of Green Peak was transformed into a dedicated entertainment haven.
