Renovation Residential Project
This was a residential project which had a different approach from our past projects where they were mostly brand new – this was a renovation of an existing villa. We did a full renovation of the Main kitchen, second kitchen with laundry, and all 6 bathrooms and did modifications in the ground floor ceiling to cater for more lighting as it only had slab ceilings before with very limited lighting points.

Design in Details
Our client’s brief was to create a modern style with a punch of classical and timeless design. She likes marble with a few touches of gold accent here and there, soft and child friendly furnishing as she has small kids. Also, the existing villa was quite dark, so making it bright enough was one requirement we kept in mind.
